- Canberra residents: If you are living in Canberra you are eligible to apply for ACT nomination of a closed occupation if you are working in a skilled occupation and you meet the nomination criteria.
- Overseas residents: You may be eligible to apply for ACT nomination if you have close ties (job offer or close family) in Canberra and you meet the nomination criteria.
