About this assessment

Partner Temporary Visa (subclass 820) and Partner Permanent visa (subclass 801) allows applicants to stay with their partner in Australia, where after two years if the relationship is ongoing and continuing, allows grant of a permanent visa;
Partner Temporary Visa (subclass 309) and Partner Permanent (subclass 100); allow applicants from overseas to stay with their partner in Australia where after two years if the relationship is ongoing and continuing, allows grant of a permanent visa;
Prospective Marriage visa (subclass 300) will allows applicants from overseas, who are not yet married, to stay with their partner in Australia. Once married the applicant can then apply for a permanent visa.
